Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus restocking fees. Restocking fees are calculated upon receipt and will range from twenty to fifty percent based on original condition and packaging.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 days once received back in our warehouse, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Keep in mind it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Used & Installed Parts

For the purposes of this policy, electrical parts are considered installed when the wires and or harnesses are attached. Electrical parts that have been plugged-in but have not had power applied to them are still classified as having been installed and do not qualify for return. Gas components include, but are not limited to, items such as gas valves, pressure regulators and safety valves. These items cannot be returned if the gas lines or electrical connectors have been attached. Electrical parts are not returnable if power has been applied and been in use.

Refund Policy:

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the part to contact us for a return. Once we have been contacted, we will issue the Return Authorization. The Return Authorization will need to be included with the return for proper credit processing. If past 30 days, a warranty claim return will need to be processed and the complete part or kit will need to be returned.  Warranty claims may or may not be refunded. If a part is received damaged you have 3 days to let us know so we can issue a return label. After this period we do not issue a return label.

We recommend that customers get a tracking number from the carrier they have chosen to return the part. Once the part is delivered to our receiving department most refunds are issued within a few days. However, depending on the bank’s policy it may take up to two weeks for them to post the credit to your account. If it has been three weeks since we received your shipment and you still have not received credit, please contact us for further information.

Return Authorization

Part(s) may not be returned without an email Return Authorization. Prosource Parts LLC has the right to refuse any unauthorized package. Any parts returned without obtaining a Return Authorization will be charged a 50% restocking fee. An unauthorized package is any part return that has not been given authorization by email or any part found to have been previously installed/used.

Unauthorized packages may be refused at the warehouse and returned to the sender. Customers may incur the cost of shipping the unauthorized package back to the sender. For items cancelled or returned due to reasons other than an error on our part, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund and Prosource Parts LLC is not responsible for return postage. Parts in non-OEM packaging will be declined for a refund.

Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

If your order was damaged, is incorrect or is missing an item(s), please notify customer service within 10 days of receiving your order. If we do not notate your account within 10 days we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you a replacement order.

Once the damaged/incorrect/missing item has been reported and confirmed by our staff, a new part will be sent to replace the item.
