conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.

All shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and not guaranteed.  USPS priority mail is not guaranteed in 1-3 days, this is per website. Also, we are not responsible if carrier delivers your order on a later date then expected or any delays in delivery brought on by carrier. There will be no refund of upgraded shipping charges if you decide to upgrade and the carrier does not deliver within expected delivery time.  The carrier is responsible to deliver in a timely matter based on their own advertised services.  USPS does not guarantee their Priority delivery service, therefore we can not guarantee either.

Same day processing and shipping is for business days only before 12 noon PST, excluding holidays and Sundays since there is no carrier that picks up or delivers packages on these days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


The expected delivery services or estimated delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

Same Day Shipping is available as an upgrade and will be shipped same day before 2pm PST on non-holiday business days Monday thru Friday

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
