Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Prosourceparts.com . Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.

All shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and not guaranteed.  USPS priority mail is not guaranteed in 1-3 days, this is per USPS.com website. Also we are not responsible if carrier delivers your order on a later date then expected or any delays in delivery brought on by carrier.

Same day processing and shipping is for business days only before 12 noon PST, excluding holidays and Sundays since there is no carrier that picks up or delivers packages on these days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Same Day Shipping is available as an upgrade and will be shipped same day on non-holiday business days Monday thru Friday

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Prosourceparts.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO
addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Prosourceparts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Prosourceparts.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus restocking fees. Restocking fees are calculated upon receipt and will range from twenty to fifty percent based on original condition and packaging.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 days once received back in our warehouse, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Keep in mind it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Used & Installed Parts

For the purposes of this policy, electrical parts are considered installed when the wires and or harnesses are attached. Electrical parts that have been plugged-in but have not had power applied to them are still classified as having been installed and do not qualify for return. Gas components include, but are not limited to, items such as gas valves, pressure regulators and safety valves. These items cannot be returned if the gas lines or electrical connectors have been attached.

Refund Policy:

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the part to contact us for a return. Once we have been contacted, we will issue the Return Authorization. The Return Authorization will need to be included with the return for proper credit processing.

We recommend that customers get a tracking number from the carrier they have chosen to return the part. Once the part is delivered to our receiving department most refunds are issued within a few days. However, depending on the bank’s policy it may take up to two weeks for them to post the credit to your account. If it has been three weeks since we received your shipment and you still have not received credit, please contact us for further information.

Return Authorization

Part(s) may not be returned without an email Return Authorization. Prosource Parts LLC has the right to refuse any unauthorized package. Any parts returned without obtaining a Return Authorization will be charged a 50% restocking fee. An unauthorized package is any part return that has not been given authorization by email or any part found to have been previously installed/used.

Unauthorized packages may be refused at the warehouse and returned to the sender. Customers may incur the cost of shipping the unauthorized package back to the sender. For items cancelled or returned due to reasons other than an error on our part, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund and Prosource Parts LLC is not responsible for return postage. Parts in non-OEM packaging will be declined for a refund.
